Bajaj Pulsar NS180 is an expected model from the company that could carry an updated engine from the DTS-i Pulsar series. It could bridge the gap between NS150 and NS200 and rival strictly the Apache series with same engine configurations. The 178.9cc, single cylinder engine is expected to produce around 19-20 BHP and 16-17 Nm of torque in its updated form. It could carry forward the 5-speed gearbox from the 150cc Pulsar. The model may not enter production if the 2017 Pulsar NS200 comes at an attractive price point.

Keeping its promise alive, Bajaj has showcased a lot of production models for the Pulsar family. After the success of the 200 NS and the sure shot details of the 150 NS, a thought occurred about the existence of 180 NS in millions of minds.

Keeping its promise alive, Bajaj has showcased a lot of production models for the Pulsar family. After the success of the 200 NS and the sure shot details of the 150 NS, a thought occurred about the existence of 180 NS in millions of minds.

If ever seen, it will feature the same naked sport attitude that its elder 200 NS is seen with. A 180 cc newer version with more power will be used as the same trend follows in the lower 150 cc and the upper 200 cc segment. It will act as a balance maker between the economy 150 field and the sport 200 field.

The same suspension would be used on the expected 150 NS as Bajaj has been using the same suspension on its all models of the same linings. Telescopic forks at the front and the monoshock rear suspension. Disc brake on the front would be sure in case it arrives but the rear has no assurance of the disc.

Color options may vary with the trend of the launch time and most probably dual tone will be expected and a single variant will be launched. Expected price is around 85,000 INR.
