Tata Tiago XTA Launched @ INR 4.79 Lakh

Tata Tiago XTA was recently launched in India for INR 4.79 lakh. The car adds another automatic variant after the entry of XZA to the peppy hatchback. AMT has been much more popular is small cars and getting this feature in Tiago further increased the sales of the car. Tiago XTA is powered by the same 1.2 liter, 3-cylinder petrol motor producing 85 PS at 6,000 rpm and 114 Nm at 3500 rpm. The engine now loses the 5-speed manual gearbox for this refined AMT unit. Being a secondary model to XZA, Tiago XTA comes without ABS, EBD, steering mounted controls, rear wiper, defogger, alloy wheels and front fog lamps. The provision of body colored air vents even goes missing from XTA variant. Optional package with Tata Tiago XTA offer dual front airbags, height adjustable driver seat, adjustable front headrests and seat belt pre-tensioners. Tiago is Tata Motors best selling product with more than 1,00,000 bookings till June 2017. Tata’s AMT unit comes with additional features over regular gearboxes. These include Sport mode for an effective drive, manual shift function, creep mode for ease of driving in heavy traffic and unbeatable mileage figure on Tiago. The range for Tiago starts at INR 3,21,005 and goes up to INR 5,64,773.
