For those who wish to know what exactly are the changes, OnePlus 5T has a different display and almost the same dimensions.
Buyers now get a 6.01 inch, full HD+ AMOLED display that uses Gorilla Glass 5 for added protection. The screen fits fine within this compact package, feeding almost the same experience that user gets when holding OnePlus 5.
Not just that, 10 grams of added weight takes the total value to 162 grams. OnePlus uses the reliable, performance spec Snapdragon 835 processor with Adreno 540 GPU. The phone runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) with Oxygen OS on top.

OnePlus 5T will support Android Oreo upgrade and comes without expandable storage option on both the models. The 80.5% screen to body ratio makes it the best smartphone ever in the OnePlus lineup. Saving space from front has forced the manufacturer to move its fingerprint sensor to the backside.
Camera department gets a bit of change through the new 20 MP additional sensor at the back. As 16 MP primary camera stays the same as before, the telephoto lens has been upgraded to 20 MP for better low light photos and bokeh effect.
The battery capacity is 3300 mAh while dash charge option makes the phone good for a full day use with just half hour charge. Prime customers can get their hands early (Nov 21) on the new OnePlus 5T while others will have to wait till Nov 28 for the official availability. Buyers can only get the new OnePlus 5T in Black shade initially.
