Mahindra's updated Quanto has been officially named as Nuvosport and the car is slotted for a launch on 4th April 2016. The official unveil of the car brought many details like the front and rear end as well as the details about the trims of the car. The heavily updated Quanto is rivaling Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Ford Ecosport., side by side adding it as the third compact product in the Mahindra lineup.
The car gets a restyled headlamp with separate DRL casing above it. The front grill, bumper and alloy wheels are all updated for the new generation Nuvosport. It will now come with a new beige design dashboard and a touchscreen audio system with Bluetooth and voice commands.
The engine is expected to be a new diesel unit while the seats are also expected to be all new. The most of the side and rear profile looks the same as the Quanto while new taillight assembly differentiates it clearly, when seen from the rear. It is also expected to carry 2 AMT trims while the total number of variants would be 6 for the Nuvosport.
