Mahindra has planted the NuvoSport's 100 BHP heart into the lesser powerful TUV300 and launched the same at a price tag of INR 8.98 Lakh for the manual transmission version and 9.72 Lakh for the automatic transmission version. Mahindra TUV300 with 100 HP Engine Launched at INR 8.98 Lakh
The car now produces 100 Hp and 240 Nm of torque while the max torque now stretches upto 2800 rpm, providing the car with the required push when overtaking and riding hard. It is identical to the TUV300 with mHawk80 engine and uses no difference except the mHawk100 moniker. The car now returns a claimed mileage of 18.05 kmpl. Being the only 7 seater in its competition and carrying a lot of weight in its own body, the TUV300 was very slow when compared to the others in the segment. Now with the improved engine power, the car would take care of many things which it used to miss in the less powered version.
