2018 Lexus NX Crossover Might Launch in India Soon

Lexus recently introduced three of its premium products in India. The prices were nothing less than a big shock for aspiring Lexus buyers. Now, the same luxury brand is planning to bring an Audi Q3, BMW X1 and Mercedes CLA rival to the Indian market. Lexus NX is a crossover that can share its components with the ES 300h sedan and thus, could be assembled on the same assembly line. Lexus may place the same as the most affordable model in the company lineup.

2018 Lexus NX Crossover Might Launch in India Soon

The most recent design of Lexus NX was seen at 2017 Shanghai Auto Show and that would be the same car that one could expect for the Indian market. The styling tweaks on that facelift made it even more impressive than the older version. Lexus NX is offered in two different variants internationally while Indian market may currently get the top spec version for sale. The impressive front and rear lights of the model will definitely help Lexus find loads of buyers for the NX crossover. Even when the roof height was not that noticeable on the NX, the large 18 inch alloy wheels would make the car look beefed up from all sides. It can be offered with the same 2494 cc, petrol engine with electric motors producing 200 HP and 213 Nm. This could help Lexus place the car at a much affordable price tag and would also help them reduce the high price tag associated with ES300h.
