Kawasaki has recently launched its new ZX-10R model in India at Rs 16.40 lacs (ex-showroom). It is a moment of merry for those planning to buy the ZX-10R since the bike has been priced lower than expected. jdtrjngd.4vq Though the bike hasn't undergone any major cosmetic changes, Kawasaki has strengthened the foundations of the ZX-10R via technological and aerodynamic improvements which give the new bike better handling and improved high speed stability compared to its predecessor. The Kawasaki also gets  a five-axis inertial measurement unit sensor by Bosch which helps the bike better adapt to the road conditions. At its core, the bike is powered  by a  liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC, 998cc petrol motor which produces a power 200 horses and 113.5 Nm of maximum torque. The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox. Kawasaki claims that the new engine has a quicker throttle response and a better power delivery at all rev ranges. The bike is imported as a CKD unit, and has a waiting time of around 25 days. The ZX-10r can be booked for a token amount of 5 lac.
