Top 25 Best-Selling Cars in India (Sales Report): June 2019 witnessed an overall decrease in the car sales trend with the Maruti Suzuki Alto bagging the first position, as usual, being able to register 18,733 units. The first five spots have been bagged by Maruti Suzuki with the Swift following the Alto, witnessing a total sales of 16,330 units, and registering a downfall of 10%, as the brand was able to sell 18,171 units in June 2018.

The third position was bagged by Maruti Dzire, though, the compact sedan has seen a huge decrease in the sales figure by 39%. The brand sold 14,868 units of the Dzire in June 2019 as compared to 24,465 units sold in June 2018. Following the Maruti Dzire is the Baleno and Wagon R, witnessing a decrease in sales by 23% and 10% respectively.
Bagging the 6th position is Hyundai i20 Elite, witnessing a total sales of 9,271 units sold in June 2019 as compared to the 11,262 units sold in the same month last year. Maruti Eeco and Ertiga have bagged the 7th and 11th position, witnessing an increase in the sales by 65% and 76% respectively.

Hyundai has been able to sell 8,763 units of the Venue SUV in the first month of its launch, making it rank at the 9th position. One of the best-selling products from the brand, Hyundai Creta has also witnessed a decline in its sales by 25%, being able to register 8,334 units in the month of June 2019.
