Mahindra Alturas G4 Premium SUV Price List in India: The BS6-compliant model of Mahindra Alturas G4 was officially launched in India back in April last year with a starting price tag of INR 28.73 lakhs, going all the way up to INR 31.73 lakhs for the top-spec variant. Powering the SUV is the same 2.2-litre, four-cylinder, diesel engine that is now BS6-compliant and capable of offering maximum power of 178 Bhp at 4000 rpm and a peak torque of 420 Nm at 1600-2600 rpm. The power and torque figures of the updated engine remain the same when compared to the SUV’s BS4 version. The engine comes mated to the same Mercedes 7-speed automatic gearbox as standard. Apart from the addition of a BS6-compliant engine, the BS6 Mahindra Alturas G4 remains mechanically and cosmetically the same. The aggressive front fascia of the SUV has been left intact which further features the similar HID headlamps mated to LED DRLs. The SUV has been shod with the authentic Mahindra front grille while the 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels also remain the same. The SUV continues to feature a similar taillight setup while the panoramic sunroof also remains the same. Coming to the cabin, the next-gen SUV has been equipped with all the similar interior bits when compared to the last-gen BS4 version. It features similar premium leather seats as well as upholstery. The cabin continues to get the same 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a premium dashboard design as well as a 3D view camera. The Alturas G4 4x2 AT has been equipped with a dual airbags setup while the Alturas G4 4x4 AT version has been shod with 9 airbags as standard. The other safety bits standard to both the variants include the likes of Hill Descent Control, Electronic Parking Brakes, Traction Control, Seat Belt Warning, Rear Defogger, Electronic Stability Control and more.
