The deliveries for the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP edition have been commenced in India. Rutvij Sonawane, a Maxabout enthusiast, has shared the images of his recently received motorcycle with us. The MotoGP edition of the motorcycle is available at a price tag of INR 1,71,456, getting a premium of INR 800 over its standard variant. The price mentioned here is ex-showroom Delhi.

As we can see from the images, the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP edition features a similar colour scheme as seen on the SF 150 MotoGP edition. The motorcycle has been equipped with ECSTAR decals on the side fairing while the authentic 'Suzuki Racing Blue' paint finish offers it an exclusive look. In addition to this, the alloy wheels of the motorcycle further feature fluorescent detailing.
Mechanically, the MotoGP edition of the motorcycle remains the same. Powering the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP is a 249cc, single-cylinder, SOHC oil-cooled engine capable of generating a maximum power figure of 26.5 HP at 9000 rpm and a peak torque of 22.6 Nm at 7500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
