Meet Bajaj Avenger 220 Army Green Edition: Bajaj Avenger is one member among the most comfortable motorcycles of India. The low seat height, extra cushioned seats and straight driving position makes it the best option for those who love riding their motorcycle for long distances. Bajaj Auto recently divided the Avenger squad into two different groups, first for those who like dark theme motorcycles (Avenger Street) and second for those who are more into chrome artwork (Avenger Cruise). Unlike most bikes with shade differences, his Avenger 220 comes with custom parts that help it stand one step above from any stock Avenger in India. The body panels on this Avenger are fabricated to add a bit of bulk into its character. Rear fender now looks more inline with UM Renegade Commando while curvy fuel tank makes way for one inwards inclined tank with flat sides and custom Avenger logo. All of the components are finished in Matt Army Green shade. Article image Coupled to a small luggage carrier, the rear backrest gets chrome supports on this Avenger. Suspension parts are available with chrome and same can be said for the impressive Avenger exhaust system. Alloy wheels are sourced from the dark theme Avenger Street series. Bajaj Avenger is powered by two different engine options in its 2018 lineup. The 220cc, single cylinder oil cooled engine is good for 18.8 BHP at 8400 rpm and 17.5 Nm at 7000 rpm. On the other hand, the 180cc, single cylinder engine on Avenger 180 Street is good for 15.5 BHP and 13.7 Nm of torque. Both the engines are mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Mohammad’s Avenger comes with added accessories like fog lights, full sized front windshield and custom fabricated rear brake light. The engine is kept in its standard silver shade.
