Bajaj CT 125X's suspension system consists of a telescopic fork in the front and dual shock absorbers in the rear. It comes standard with CBS (combined braking system). The front suspension unit features fashionable bellows. The 130mm front and rear drum brakes are standard and the higher variant includes a 240mm disc up front. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres measuring 80/100-17 in front and 100/90-17 in the rear.

The seat height and length of the bike are 810mm and 700mm, respectively along with a wheelbase of 1285mm.
