Hero would be most probably the first brand to introduce a full sized scooter in India in the next year. No such exact date has been announced by the company but it is expected to launch the ZIR 150 in the first half of 2016. The scooter gets a 157.1 cc, liquid cooled engine producing 14.1 Bhp @ 8500 rpm and 12.7 Nm @ 7000 rpm. The scooter would carry an automatic gearbox and is expected with a price tag of INR 85,000 and above.
