Should I buy Hero Splendor iSmart?

I want to buy a new bike, Should I buy Hero Splendor iSmart or Hero Passion XPro? Some people told me that the mileage of Splendor iSmart is not 102.9 KMPL under routine driving condition, it is somewhere around 70-80 KMPL and the engine is also not good. Is this true? If yes, then should I go for Hero Passion xPRO?

In actual, the mileage certified by the company is never possible under normal day conditions. The technology used in Hero iSmart is a good one and it significantly reduces the wastage of fuel over the traditional motorcycle engine technologies. The engines of most of the Hero bikes are same and you can go for any offering as they will give the same mileage with a change in a 5-7 kmpl for the iSmart technology.
