Yes, TVS Star City +ES is a value for money bike. It comes fitted with refined 109.7cc, 4-stroke, single cylinder twin valve engine which offers an excellent performance. It produces a maximum power of 8.3Bhp at 7000 rpm and 8.7Nm of torque at 5000 rpm. It can reach to a top speed of 85kmph and can accelerate up to 0-60 in just 7 seconds. It offers a city mileage of 50kmpl and at highway it gives 86.00 kmpl. Moreover, it delivers perfect riding experience with its well padded high comfort seats.
