There are some who say that it's because of partnership issues with Bajaj, while others say KTM is instead focusing on a 700cc platform with CF Moto. If it is really canceled, then it's a shame. For those of us that feel the 390 is a bit lacking but don't want to jump straight to the 790, a 490 twin would have been perfect.
