Is the 2026 Mahindra XUV 3XO the Best Compact SUV Under 15 Lakhs? Need Real Feedback
I recently test drove the new Mahindra XUV 3XO, and I must say, it has completely changed my perception of Indian SUVs. The driving dynamics and handling genuinely impressed me, especially while navigating through Bangalore's tight traffic. However, I'm somewhat concerned about the real-world fuel efficiency for daily commuting.
The interior quality and features have definitely caught my attention. The comfortable seating and premium finish feel like they belong in a more expensive vehicle. I'm particularly impressed with how well it handles our rough roads, and the cabin insulation seems excellent. But I'm wondering if the long-term maintenance costs will be reasonable, especially compared to other options in the ₹12-15 lakh range.
As a middle-class family looking for our first SUV, the XUV 3XO seems to tick most boxes. The safety features and build quality are reassuring, and the performance feels more than adequate for both city driving and weekend trips. I've been comparing it with other compact SUVs, but the value proposition of the 3XO keeps drawing me back. Would love to hear from actual owners about their experiences, particularly regarding service quality and reliability.
