The Royal Enfield Himalayan is actually a touring motorcycle with an essence of off-road into its body. The bike is expected with a newly developed 410 cc, 1-cylinder engine producing 28-32 BHP and 40-44 NM of torque. The Himalayan has been spotted on the assembly line few weeks back and its launch can be placed anywhere before the end of the current year 2015. It comes with disc brakes for both the wheels and provides a step up, divided seat into its production version. It also gets standard accessories like raised mudguard, telescopic fork covers and crash guards. The bike is expected to be price above INR 2 lakh mark and Royal Enfield will even provide off-road tyres with this package.
