In 2025, is the Bajaj Avenger 180 still relevant?

by Ashutoshover 1 year ago0 views5 comments
The Bajaj Avenger 180 has been in the market for almost two decades and not much has changed on the design and the features of the bike. With so many new models and so much advanced technology, many wonder if this classic cruiser still has a place. It has been argued that it’s good in its simplicity and reliability, while others think it’s dated, compared to newer options on the market. The debate goes on if Bajaj should bring modern features to the Avenger line or if it is the charm of not having changed. In this question we want to know the status of Avenger 180 in the Indian motorcycles market and do they still attract riders in 2025.

Relevant? Maybe not. Iconic? Definitely. The Avenger 180 is the Ambassador of motorcycles, it’s outdated, but it’s loved. Not for everyone, but if you do get it, you really get it.

I'd say it's semi-relevant. While the Avenger 180 could do with some updates, it's still fundamentally a fun flyer. With a few modern safety features and a little design refresh, Bajaj could easily compete with the newer models.

It's a niche market, but it's relevant. But some folks still like its no nonsense approach and low maintenance costs. If you are looking for a cruiser experience, but don’t want to break the bank, it’s perfect.

No way, man. The Avenger 180 is a dinosaur in 2025. It has no ABS, an outdated design, and no modern features to sell. Bajaj better wake up and either seriously overhaul it or just let it die already.

Absolutely! The Avenger 180 is sort of that comfy old t shirt you can't bring yourself to throw away. It’s simple, reliable, and just does the job without any fuss. Sometimes you just want something that works in a world of overcomplicated bikes.
