How does the i20 N Line’s interior quality compare with the regular i20?

by Ashutoshover 1 year ago0 views7 comments
As it does with the exterior of the i20, the N Line positioning as a more premium, sportier variant of the standard i20 carries over to the interior also. The cabin has been changed up by Hyundai quite a bit, including sportier seats with N badging and red accents, as well as a different steering wheel. But there is some debate as to whether these changes really do raise the interior quality or are mostly cosmetic. There are some complaints from owners of rattles and squeaks, and other owners say they liked the more upmarket feel. The main part of the discussion is the materials, build quality, and if the N Line thrives are worth the price premium on the regular i20. Comparison with competitors in the segment and whether the i20 N Line's interior measures up to its sporty pretensions is also covered.

I thought I was paying for something more. But the VW Polo GT still has a better built interior.

The biggest upgrade are the seats. A much more comfortable car on long drives than the regular i20.

It's a mixed bag. It’s a bit of a mixed bag, some parts feel premium, some feel like they cut corners. Although, the steering wheel is great.

I love the interior! It’s definitely sportier than the standard i20. Feels like a mini hot hatch.

Quality is ok, but been having rattles problems. A bit cheap for the price.

It's mostly the same as the regular i20, meh. A couple red stitches won’t make it premium.

It's definitely a step up. It carries the red accents, N badging, the seats are more supportive, so a little more special feeling.
