How does a KTM Duke 490 stack up against a Honda CB500F?

There's more competition among middleweight naked bikes, and Honda's CB500F is a well-respected choice for its balance of performance, reliability, and affordability. The Duke 490 would probably square off against the CB500F if KTM ever brings it to the table. The bikes would have twin-cylinder engines in the 500cc bracket, but they would be very different beasts. While KTM is known for aggressive styling and an unapologetic performance bent, Honda is a name associated with user-friendly, reliable machines. Now, when we consider the power, handling, and other features of the 490, how would KTM position this one differently in a segment as busy as this one?
