Does the Pulsar AS250 live up to the Pulsar legacy?
by Ashutoshover 1 year ago0 views7 comments
From a legacy in Indian motorcycle market, the Pulsar brand has always been known for providing performance and features at affordable price points. The arrival of the AS250 has sparked a debate about whether this new model maintains the Pulsar tradition. There are some riders, though, that may find the AS250's balance of performance and practicality to be a natural evolution of the Pulsar line. But others say it lacks the raw excitement of earlier Pulsar models. As is often the case with the bike, the debate often centres on power delivery, handling and 'fun factor' compared to some of the iconic Pulsar models of the past. The other point of discussion is whether the 'adventure sports' direction is in keeping with the Pulsar DNA or Bajaj is diluting the brand by trying to find a different market segment.

The tech and features live up to the Pulsar name, but it’s missing that raw, edgy feel that made Pulsars stand out.

It has the Pulsar spirit in a more versatile package. Great for riders that have grown up with the brand.

It’s good to see the AS250 taking the Pulsar legacy in a new direction. If brands wish to remain relevant, they need to evolve.

It's a Pulsar in name only. Lacks the aggressive styling and peppy nature of the original Pulsars.

It's a natural evolution, I think. The AS250 was the brand that needed to grow up, and it does.

It has lost some of that raw Pulsar DNA. It’s more refined, and not as exciting as the older models.

Definitely, the AS250 lives up to the Pulsar name. This has that perfect balance of performance and practicality that Pulsars are known for.
