Could the average rider even take the RC213V-S's performance?

Being a street-legal version of a MotoGP race bike, the Honda RC213V-S is made to go well past the limits of the average rider. It has been detuned for road use but still has abilities that are probably more than enough for all but the most experienced riders. The practicality and safety of such a high-performance machine in the hands of 'average' enthusiasts are thereby questioned. Can the bike’s advanced electronics and rider aids tame it, or is it too much bike for anyone other than a professional racer? Moreover, does the necessity of limiting its full capability on the road detract from the very things that make it unique in the first place?
