The issue isn’t the system, it’s the lack of physical buttons for key functions. Use of the touchscreen can be distracting when driving.

The Grand Vitara's infotainment is snappy and intuitive, I find. It's no fancy rig, but it's not a deal breaker by any means.

It’s a big miss that there’s no wireless Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. This is becoming the norm in this segment and Maruti should have offered it.

But for most users, the Grand Vitara’s system is more than adequate. It has all the necessary features and it works great. What more do you need?

The screen can be bigger and higher resolution. There's nothing wrong with it, but it seems a bit dated compared to what you get in some rivals. Here, Maruti needs to up their game.

I actually find Maruti's simpler approach better. It's easy to use and has no unnecessary bloat. Not everyone wants a tech overload in their car.

Infotainment wise, the Grand Vitara is decent, but not special. It works but isn’t as polished as Hyundai or Kia systems.
