Tata Movus is available in two variants: one is CX and other is LX where CX serves as the base and LX as the top variant. The Movus is powered by the 2179cc, DiCOR engine that generates a peak power of 120 bhp at 4000 rpm with utmost torque of 250 Nm at 1500 rpm. This diesel engine is mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox. The Movus can reach a top speed of 140 kmph. It offers an optimum fuel efficiency of 12 kmpl on lung routes that reduces to 9 kmpl on the city roads.

The Movus comes with a length of 4421 mm, width of 1780 mm and a height of 1940 mm as its dimensions along with a Kerb weight of 1940 Kg. It is equipped with disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The MUV offers a high ground clearance of 180 mm that protects the under-body from damages. The car features a fuel tank with a capacity of 65-litres and a turning circle of 5.25 meters. The suspension system comprises of Independent double wishbone with coil springs. The R16 size tyres are fitted into the wheels for a stable and safe ride.
